1 John 3:16 This is how we have come to know love:He laid down His life for us. We should also lay down our lives for our brothers.
Media is great at stirring the worst out of people. As believers, we must guard out hearts and not join in because we know or should know anyway, how seriously God takes it.
Media and some people focus on how much money is given to church, how much money pastors have etc. But they don’t talk about how many lives are changed in the church, how many marriages are transformed, how many people are set free of low self-esteem etc. They don’t talk about the sacrifices many pastors make and How much those who have lots of money give.
You know why, it’s warfare! We will not see Satan walking around us causing trouble. He will use me and you if we let him. A kingdom divided can not stand. Satan is great at causing division among believers so he can beat us down. We must give all judgement to God and join hands in fighting our common enemy Satan along with all his schemes. And this will avoid judgement upon us too. Let us not get carried away with excitement over the passing clouds. Instead, may we learn to stand on the solid word of God at all times. We will serve the kingdom of God better that way.
God bless you all.
